PRODUCT OPERATION

INSTALLATION AND PREPARATION
INITIAL SETUP
ATTENTION: Read the safety warnings before installing the air compressor.
• Make sure that the oil level in the air compressor pump is adequate. If it is low, add SAE 30W oil.
• To avoid damaging the air compressor, do not tilt the air compressor across or lengthways more than 10°.
• Place air compressor at least 100 cm from any obstacle that may prevent proper ventilation.
• Do not place the air compressor in an area:
-
Where there is evidence of oil or gas leaks.
-
Where gaseous vapors or flammable materials may be present.

Where air temperatures drop below 0 °C or exceed 40 °C.

Where it could enter the air compressor extremely dirty water or air.
• Do not work with this equipment indoors. Use the equipment only in well-ventilated areas. The engine exhaust
contains carbon monoxide, an invisible, odorless, poisonous gas. Breathing the gas can cause serious injury,
illness and possibly death.
GASOLINE ENGINE
ATTENTION: Repase "Normas y precauciones de seguridad" antes de repostar.
• You must use 95 unleaded gasoline.
• Buy fuel in quantities that can be used in less than 30 days. The use of clean, fresh gasoline is recommended. Do
not use gasoline containing methanol or alcohol.
• Check the engine oil level before starting the engine.
• Fill the fuel tank according to the instructions.
• Refer to the manual for all necessary maintenance and adjustments.
PRE-START CHECKLIST
1. Check the oil level. Add if necessary.
2. Remove all moisture from the air tank of the air compressor.
3. Remove excess pressure with an air tool and then open the air tank drain valve at the bottom of the air tank.
Seal tightly when drained.
4. Make sure that the engine switch is in the OFF position.
5. Make sure the safety relief valve is working properly.
6. Make sure all guards and covers are in place and mounted securely.
ATTENTION: Do not alter or modify this equipment in any way!
Incorrect operation of this unit can cause serious injury!
