3. The brush does not reverse its direction of rotation when it is placed under load:
the setting for monitoring the brush resistance is not set correctly.
• adjust the setting on the black dip switch (Fig. 7, item 1) until the motor reverses direction when the
relevant load is placed on it.
• if the device does not switch off with an appropriate load with any of the settings, the control card will
need to be replaced.
4. The device reverses its direction of rotation five times in succession and them remains stationary
for 3 minutes. – The display shows the alarm message "A03":
the engine has been stopped mechanically by a foreign body.
• remove the foreign body
Control card destroyed.
• replace the control card
Gears contain braking mechanical parts (e.g. gear wheel breakage due to a lack of oil)
• contact the manufacturer
• replace the motor and gears
5. The machine does not activate and (briefly) displays the alarm "A01"
The power supply is delivering non-permitted voltage peaks
• ensure that no other major consumers are supplied on the same current circuit / fuse board.
• have mains voltage peaks measured by an electrician
6. The carriage does not move cleanly up and down:
there are foreign bodies in the frame and/or in the guide parts
• remove the foreign bodies
The guide parts (track rollers, plastic guides, rubber buffers, etc.) are worn / faulty
• replace any worn / faulty parts
The horizontal play between the carriage and the frame is too great
• place a 0.5 mm metal plate (Art. 18810-23) under the plastic guides (Fig. 9, item 18)
– > less play
• replace the guides
The frame is warped
• check whether the wall surface is even (wall-mounting)
• check whether the frame has become warped due to its securing screws being fastened too tight (pillar-mounting)

9. Warranty

The manufacturer offers the following independent warranty declaration for the product "CowCleaner Duo
cow cleaning station":
1. Area of product use
The warranty applies only to products that are used correctly and as they were intended.
2. Warranty period:
The warranty period is one year and begins with the transfer of the product's risk to the purchaser, who will use the
machine for the first time in accordance with its intended use.
Warranty claims shall only be considered which are submitted to the manufacturer within the warranty period in text
form, i.e. in writing, by fax or by e-mail. No defects notified after the expiry of the warranty period will be acknowledged.
