5 Operation
GB
1) Switch on the laser with the switch (15) on the
rear side.
2) To switch on the laser beams, insert the supplied
key in the lock of the switch SAFETY (16) and
turn the key to the right.
IMPORTANT! The laser system must not be
operated without the presence of a laser pro-
tection adviser. In case of absence, this advi-
sor should have secured the laser beam with
the key switch against unauthorized operation.
3) Select the operating mode with the sliding switch
(13). It defines the way the laser beams are
switched on and off.
MANUAL – The two laser beams are perma-
nently switched on and off independently of
each other. Adjust the lighting time for the red
laser beam with the control RED STROBE (5)
and the lighting time for the green laser beam
with the control GREEN STROBE (6). In posi-
tion MAX a continuous beam is produced.
MUSIC – The laser beams are shortly switched
on by music pulses picked up via the micro-
phone (8). Adjust the sensitivity of response
with the control SENSITIVITY (7). For this
purpose use a small screwdriver.
Note: When changing the volume on the music sys-
tem, the sensitivity of response must be adapted with
the rotary control accordingly.
AUTO – The laser beams are switched on and
off by a control programme.
4) Adjust the brightness of the blue basic illumina-
tion with the control DIMMER (11).
5) Select the rotation speed of the relief pane (2)
with the control ROTATION SPEED (12).
Hint: If the laser beams are guided through a fog
(generated artificially), fantastic, three-dimensional
light effects are created. A great variety of fog
machines can be found in the product range of "img
Stage Line".

6 Cleaning of the Unit

The plastic outlet pane of the laser beams should
be cleaned at regular intervals, depending on impu-
rities caused by dust, smoke, or other dirt particles.
Only in this case the light can be radiated at maxi-
mum brightness. Prior to cleaning, disconnect
the mains plug from the mains socket. Only use
a soft, clean cloth and a mild detergent. Then care-
fully wipe the pane dry.
use a soft, clean cloth. Never use any fluid, it could
penetrate the unit and cause damage.
