Fehlersuche
Eine korrekte Funktion der FTA 3.1 ist nur gewährleistet, wenn
folgende Vorraussetzungen erfüllt sind:
•
ausreichende Spannungsversorgung (24 V DC)
•
richtige Polarität der Eingangsspannung
•
ordnungsgemäße Installation der Antriebe und Verriegelungen
gemäß gewünschter Funktionsart an den Klemmen A1, A2 und
A3
•
korrekte Polung der angeschlossenen Antriebe und
Verriegelungen
•
Fehlerfreie Steckbrücken Konfiguration gemäß der gewünschten
Funktionsart
•
korrekte Erkennung der Motor- und Verriegelungsströme
Bereits eine fehlerhafte Voraussetzung ermöglicht keinen fehlerfreien
Betrieb.
Fehler | Problem
Die Verriegelung öffnet nicht beim Einschalten
in Richtung „Auf". |
The locking doesn't open up once turned on.
Die Verriegelung öffnet, die Antriebe fahren
nicht. |
The locking opens up but the drives won't
start.
Die ZV/R verriegelt erst nach ca. 2-3 Minuten. |

Troubleshoot
A proper functioning of the FTA 3.1 are only ensured if the follow-
ing requirements are being met:
•
Sufficient power supply (24 V DC)
•
Correct polarity of the input voltage
•
Proper installation of the drives and the lockings according to
the desired type of function at the terminals A1, A2 and A3
•
Correct polarity of the connected drives and lockings
•
Proper jumper configuration according to the desired type of
function
•
Correct detection of motor and interlock currents
Faulty conditions will lead to a improper operation.

Messen Sie die Spannung an der Tandem-Folgesteu-
erung und erhöhen die Spannung an der Stromquelle
so weit das mindestens 24 V an der Tandem-Folge-
steuerung erreicht werden.
Check the voltage at the tandem sequence control
and and increase the voltage of the power supply
till the minimum input voltage of 24 V is given at the
tandem sequence control.
