    Die Aufstellung und die Verwendung des Produktes bedürfen einer ausführlichen Planung. Hierfür bietet Steelcase eine eigene Planungsabteilung an. Die teilmontierten Baugruppen des Büromöbelsystems Bivi werden in der Regel über den Fachhandel oder direkt vom Hersteller angeliefert. Steelcase empfiehlt, die Installation durch den Fachhandel bzw. durch ein Montageunternehmen durchführen zu lassen.

    Durchgänge von Kabeln freihalten.  Kabel stolperfrei verlegen.  Steelcase empfiehlt die Überprüfung der elektrischen Komponenten vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme durch eine qualifizierte Elektrofachkraft. Folgende elektrische Komponenten sind optional erhältlich: • Plug and Play Steckerleiste (2er-Pack) zur Stromversorgung bei einer Einzel-Bench-Konfiguration.
