PROBLEMI
Alimentata l'unità i ventilatori non
funzionano
Presenza di tensione al regolatore ai
morsetti RST e UVW; i ventilatori non
funzionano.
Presenza di tensione in RST ma non in UVW.
Si bruciano i fusibili di protezione.
La regolazione funziona correttamente, ora
alimenta sempre a tensione massima.
PROBLEMS
Ventilator won't run when power feeding the
regulator.
Voltage available at RST and UVW posts in
the regulator.
Ventilators won't run.
Voltage available at RST posts but not at
UVW posts.
Fuses blow
Speed regulation worked properly but now
ventilators supply is continuously at its max
setting.

CAUSE
Mancanza di una o più fasi sulla
alimentazione RST (AC LINE ALARM rosso).
I ventilatori sono scollegati.
Manca il segnale di comando.
Comando remoto S2.
Interferenze sulla linea di alimentazione a
RST o ai ventilatori.
Fusibili inadeguati.
Guasto al segnale di comando.
TROUBLESHOOTING
CAUSE
Loss of one or more phases in the RST
supply (Red AC LINE ALARM ON).
Disconnected ventilators.
Loss of control signal.
Setting of S2 remote control.
Interferences on the RST supply voltage or to
the ventilators.
Fuses improperly rated.
Failure in the control signal.
CONTROLLI
Collegamenti alimentazione, fusibili
interrotti al quadro QE o collegamento tra
QE e regolatore.
Collegamenti da UVW ai ventilatori.
I contattori di QE con chiudono.
Termiche di protezione TK aperte.
• Risposta sonda di pressione SPR,
controllare l'alimentazione e la risposta in
mA o in VDC delle sonde.
• Risposta sonda di temperature STE,
controllare i kΩ come descritto.
S2 deve essere aperto (OFF).
Eventuali cortocircuiti o sbalzi di tensione,
se la linea di alimentazione non é stabile
utilizzare filtri "surge".

Controllare la risposta delle sonde come
descritto.
CHECKS REQUIRED
Check supply connections, blown fuses in
the control box on the connection linking
control box and regulator.
Check the wiring between UVW posts and
motors.
Contactors in the control box don't close .
Overheating TK protection open.
• Check the SPR pressure trasducer, check
the supply voltage, current flow or the DC
voltage across the sensor.
•Check the STE temperature sensor with
resistance readings.
S2 shall be open (OFF).
Possible short circuits or large voltage
variations. In case of unstable power lines
use "surge" filters.
Refer to the power drawn according the
former table (page ... and ...).
Check the sensor response as described in
text.
