OPERATION
• Place your fan on a level and dry surface.
• Plug the power cord into a polarized 120 Volt AC
wall outlet.
• To change the tilt angle of the fan, loosen the Tilt
Knob and tilt the fan up or down as desired. Then
tighten the Tilt Knob.
• To operate the SafeGuard
Depress the Speed Control Knob and turn (Fig. 7)
until the red indicator appears adjacent to the
desired fan speed.
NOTE: The SafeGuard
been designed to help prevent accidental injury to
children.
• To activate or disengage the oscillating feature,
push down or pull up on the Oscillation Control
Knob (Fig. 8).

CLEANING AND STORAGE

• Unplug the fan before cleaning.
• Use only a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe the fan clean.
• DO NOT immerse the fan in water and never allow water to drip into the
motor housing.
• DO NOT use gasoline, paint thinner or other chemicals to clean the fan.

• Remove the Front Grille by releasing the Grille clips.
• Unscrew the Blade Knob by turning it CLOCKWISE (REVERSE THREAD).
• Pull the Fan Blade away from the Motor Housing.
• Gently wipe the Fan Blade and grilles with a damp cloth.
• Re-assemble the fan by following the last three steps in ASSEMBLY
INSTRUCTIONS.
• For storage, disassemble and clean the fan carefully as instructed and store in
its original box. You may leave the fan assembled and covered to protect it
from dust. Store the fan in a cool, dry place.
