• Insert the Power Cord through the hole of the Base
(Fig. 1).
• Carefully place the Fan Motor Assembly over the
Base and locate the Base Extension. Slowly slide the
Motor Assembly onto the Base extension. Firmly push
the Motor Assembly down until it securely locks into
the Base. Position the Power Cord into the cord slot
in the Base (Fig. 2).
• Remove the Rear Grille Mounting Nut from the
motor. Place the Rear Grille onto the Motor Housing,
making sure the three (3) holes of the Rear Grille fit
over the three (3) matching prongs on the Motor
Housing. Tighten the Rear Grille Mounting Nut
Clockwise (Fig. 3).
• Push the Fan Blade onto the motor shaft by lining up
the blade with the flat on the machined shaft end.
Tighten the Blade Knob by turning it
COUNTER-CLOCKWISE (REVERSE THREAD) (Fig. 4).
• Properly align the Front Grille and hook the top
grille clip onto the Rear Grille (Fig. 5).
• To secure grille onto fan, raise the built-in clips
around the Front Grille. Fasten the clips onto the
Rear Grille (Fig. 6).
