2. Wireless variation:
Activate the tamper contact on the wire-
less vibration detector to send a tamper
message to the wireless alarm system.
IR variation:
Point the LED of the vibration detector at
the IR receiver of the wireless extension
(RFX). Trigger a tamper contact on the
detector.
3. Make sure that the vibration detector is
recognised by your wireless alarm sys-
tem / wireless receiver, then close the
housing.
Settings
The vibration detector has a variety of
possible settings that are made using the
jumpers.
Jumper A
Low
High
Sensitivity:
The detector can be set to high
or low sensitivity using jumper A.
The sensitivity can be fine-tuned
in the corresponding setting
range using the potentiometer
(see below).
