3.4 Instructions for vacuum sealing "V-Connect" vacuum
containers.
1. Connect the vacuum sealer to the mains.
2. Introduce the product you wish to vacuum pack into the container. Place the
lid on top of the container and close it at the side fasteners. Select the "Vacuum"
position of the container valve.
3. Connect the vacuum sealer and the container via the connecting gasket. You
must connect one of the ends to the container valve and the other end to the
accessory port (2) of the machine.
4. Lower the upper lid of the machine and press the sides to secure it, the
system is properly closed when you hear a "click" on each side. If you wish to
open the upper lid once it has been closed, press each side again and gently
pull the lid up.
5. To start the vacuum process, press the "Vacuum/Seal" button. It is possible
that the vacuum gaskets (6) become damaged and the bag is not properly loc-
ked within the vacuum chamber. In this case, we recommend you press the
upper lid for the first 10 seconds of the vacuum process and replace the vacuum
gaskets as soon as possible.
6. This model of vacuum sealer is designed to operate in automatic mode. The
machine is equipped with a vacuum measurement sensor, which stops the va-
cuum process once the vacuum level reaches - 700 mbar within the container.
To cancel the vacuum process, press the "Cancel" button.
7. Once the vacuum process is complete, the machine stops automatically and
the lid is automatically released. Select the "CLOSE" position of the container
valve and disconnect the connector gasket from the machine.

04. CLEANING
After using the machine, it is recommended to clean the machine case and the
vacuum chamber with neutral soap in order to guarantee hygiene and proper
maintenance of the vacuum sealer. Similarly, it is important that both the sealing
bar and the sealing gasket (4), as well as the vacuum gaskets, are clean at all
times to ensure the bag is properly sealed. Check periodically that the vacuum
chamber is free of any residues or impurities to avoid blockages in the air va-
cuum process.
05. MAINTENANCE AND WARNINGS
MAINTENANCE REGULATIONS
The machine must be disconnected for cleaning, maintenance or replacement
of parts.

SPARE PARTS AND REPLACEMENTS
Only ORIGINAL SPARES can be used that have been authorised and appro-
ved by Udom S.A. It is recommended that worn components or parts be re-
placed immediately to ensure optimum performance, energy savings, and to
prevent even more serious faults with the vacuum sealer.
PRECAUTIONS
Liquids must be frozen before being vacuum packed, as they can cause se-
rious damage if they come into contact with the vacuum pump. For the same
reason, when packing meat, please dry it off with a cloth to prevent the aspira-
tion of its juices. Powdered or granular products must be wrapped in a napkin
before vacuum packing to prevent their aspiration, as they may damage the
internal conduits.
