WARRANTy
Zumtobel Lighting GmbH provides a worldwide warranty
in accordance with the provisions stated below.
The Starbrick is subject to stringent quality inspection
and incorporates state­of­the­art technology. In the
unlikely event of the Starbrick not functioning properly,
please contact contact@starbrick.info.
Basic conditions affecting claims under warranty:
1. We shall rectify all defects attributable to defective
materials or faulty workmanship which occur during the
warranty period of 24 months starting from the date
of purchase. This warranty is confined to repairing the
above­mentioned defects or replacing the luminaire.
2. Claims under warranty do not extend the warranty
period. The 24­month warranty period after the date of
purchase remains unaffected.
This warranty does not cover claims relating to damage
caused by improper handling or misuse, force majeure
(flood, fire, etc.), failure to follow these Instructions for
Use, use of force, adaptation and modification of the
luminaire or interventions by non­authorised personnel.
Repair service:
Starbrick will repair defects which are excluded under
the terms of the warranty on a chargeable basis. Please
contact contact@starbrick.info in such cases.
