Troubleshooting
Caution! Before troubleshooting, disconnect the power supply. Only a qualified electrician should
perform any troubleshooting methods that are not listed in this manual.
Important! Some sounds are normal during operation (compressor, refrigerant circulation).
Problem
Appliance does not
work
The food is too warm
Appliance cools too
much
Unusual noises
If the issue persists, please contact the Service Center.
Possible cause
Thermostat is
set to "0".
Plug is loose or not securely
inserted.
Fuse has blown or is defective.
Power outlet is defective.
Temperature is not properly
adjusted.
Door was open for an extended
period.
A large quantity of warm food
was placed in the appliance
within the last 24 hours.
The appliance is near a heat
source.
Temperature is set too cold.
Appliance is not level.
The appliance is touching the
wall or other objects.
An object, e.g. a pipe, on
the rear of the appliance is
touching another part of the
appliance or the wall.

Solution
Set the thermostat to another
number.
Re-insert the plug.
Check fuse, replace if necessary.
Only an electrician should fix
power outlet defects.
Please refer to the Temperature
Setting section.
Limit the amount of time the
door is open.
Turn the thermostat to
a colder setting.
Please refer to the installation section.
Turn the thermostat
to a warmer setting.
Re-adjust the feet.
Move the appliance slightly.
If necessary, carefully bend the
object out of the way.
