1. While displayed
2. Use a pointed implement to press the Set button on the side of
the instrument for approximately 2 seconds.
3. The hour number on the display flashes.
Start from setting the time.
The display changes each time the Mode button is pressed.
Notice
• The display does not change until the Mode button is released.
• Continued pressing of the Mode button (approximately 3 seconds)
resets the display.
The display content can be reset to zero by a long press of the Mode
button.
1. While displayed
2. Press the Mode button for at least 3 seconds.
3. The values for steps, calorie consumption, distance and walking
time are zeroed.
These values cannot be restored once they have been reset.
