Protective effect of the visor
The visor conforms to Optical Class 2 and is thus suitable for extended periods of
use. The degree of protection provided by the visor against radiant heat depends
on the temperature of the heat source. The higher this temperature is, the greater
the harmful heat to which the eyes are exposed. The visor should only be used in
situations in which it is possible to restrict the exposure of the eye to less than
100 W/m
.

Changing the visor shield
Removal: Release the two slotted screws on the visor's visor shield retainer.
Press the support together and remove the visor.
Installation: Gently press the visor together and put it in place at the two retainer
points located laterally inside the helmet. Ensure that the pin located centrally on
the support is sitting in the guide line on the inner surface of the helmet, then
tighten the two slotted screws (1.1Nm +/- 0.1Nm).
Do not remove the protective film on the visor shield until the visor has been fitted
onto the helmet.
