Fill the water tank to above the
minimum mark. Please pay
attention to the maximum mark
and make absolutely sure that
you do not fill the water tank so
that the water level is above the
maximum mark.
► Use boiled and then cooled water.
► You should fill the water tank outside the unit.
The equipment will emit several warning sounds and the display will flash if the water tank
is empty.
In order to be able to control the humidity of the air effectively, you will have to fill the
water tank with sufficient water.
The Watertank is devided in two parts. Fill the water in the big tank. Small tank is for the
condensed water. Empty and clean it regularly.

The rating plate with the connection and performance data can be founded on the back of
the device.

17 Dry ageing

17.1 Safety information

► It is not important not to open the door much in order to avoid unnecessarily affecting the
climate of the equipment/the humidity of the air.
► Have a butcher/expert whom you trust inform you about dry ageing.
