– Set the Bennett angle at 10°
– Close the centric-locking lever

General information & care instructions
Precision instruments such as articulators must comply with
the highest requirements. Therefore, the following instruc-
tions for use of these devices should be strictly observed.
– Regular inspection of the axis-ball-system and the condylar
path for contamination. This secures the accurate functiona-
lity of the articulator and maintains the smooth running of
the ball on the axis.
– Contamination that took place here, can be removed by eva-
poration. Subsequently blow dry remaining moisture.
– Under no circumstances may the articulator be put in an ext-
raction unit, pressure pot or ultrasonic bath.
– Use only cleaning agents that are suitable for the cleaning

Setting of the condylar inclination
The condylar-adjusting screw has to be
loosened, in order to place the con-
dylar in the desired angle of inclination
and to be able to fi x it again.
Setting options of the horizontal incli-
nation of the condylar are from -15° up
to +60° (Fig.: HKN = +15°)
– Loosen the threaded pin in the stanchion of the upper-part
of the articulator with anAllan wrench

– Hold the upper-part of the articulator in position and pull at
the same time the left half-axis outward until it stops. Tigh-
ten the threaded pin with an Allan wrench. Proceed the
same way with the right half-axis.
