you are unsure, please consult your doctor/
physiotherapist.
How to Use – Five Steps to Success
1. Position product
(Fig 1)
• Place the CAMOped with extended supports
between your legs.
• There should be a gap of approx. 10cm (one
hand's width) between the device and your
buttocks.
Tip: An instruction video for using on bed/couch/
floor can be found at www.camoped.com.
2. Insert legs
(Fig 2)
• Place your legs into the frames. Be careful
when inserting the injured leg!
• Both legs should be slightly bent here and the
sliders should be at the same height.
• The entire sole of the foot should have
contact with the foot plate.
3. Lower leg length adjustment
(Fig 3)
• Adjust the frames individually by sliding
them.
Always set the left and right sliders the same
on both sides (d)
The numbers 0-12 roughly correspond to
angles of 0°-120°
4. Close the belt straps
(Fig 4)
• Close all of the belt straps.
5. Position the sliders
(Fig 5)
Check whether the angle restrictions have been
correctly set and snapped closed. (d)
• Press down the long, curved button and keep
it held down to unlock the sliders.
• Extend one leg to the maximum extension
permitted and bend the other leg to the
maximum flexion angle allowed.
• Release the button again and the sliders will
snap into the desired position.
6. Start movement exercise
(Fig 6)
• Start slowly and concentrate on the
movement exercises.
