limited warranty only covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use in accordance with
this manual. Damage caused by improper handling or use (see CAUTION & CLEANING), excessive force,
force majeure, manipulation or normal wear is not covered by this limited warranty. The Thermomix®
TM5 for kids is made from high-quality materials and components. In no event shall manufacturer or
dealer be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property
or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of the Thermomix® TM5. Consumer
