DOUGH MODE

1. Select the dough mode symbol to access dough
mode.
A time specification and the dough symbol appear
on the display. The time is automatically pre-set
to 1 minute.
2. Press the selector to start the stirring process.
The LEDs light up green to indicate that the stir-
ring of the dough is complete.
3. By pushing the selector the operation can be
paused. By touching the reverse mode symbol
the direction can be changed. Another push on
the selector continues the stirring process.
4. To return to the home screen, press the
Home key .

REVERSE MODE

1. If you wish to change from clockwise mode to
anti-clockwise mode, press the reverse mode
symbol .
The rotation speed display changes from a knife to
an arrow.
2. To exit this mode, press the reverse mode sym-
bol again.
3. To return to the home screen, press the
Home key .
