Montage
Der Fußpunkt der Leuchte darf nicht tiefer als
die Oberkante des Bodenbelags liegen.
Innensechskantschrauben (SW 4) im Fußpunkt
bis zum Anschlag lösen und Pollerleuchtenrohr
senkrecht abheben.
Seitliche Innensechskantschrauben (SW 3) an
der elektrischen Einrichtung lösen und Gehäuse
nach oben abheben.
Die Montageplatte mit der elektrischen
Einrichtung so montieren, dass die Steckdosen
von der Tür zugänglich sind.
Pfeil auf der Montageplatte beachten.
Montageplatte mit beiliegendem oder
anderem geeigneten Befestigungsmaterial
auf ein Fundament oder Erdstück 70 896
anschrauben.
Bei Montage auf einem Fundament bitte
beachten: Feuchter Beton kann stark alkalisch
sein und darf nicht dauerhaft mit der Leuchte in
Kontakt kommen.
Wir empfehlen den Montagebereich zu
drainieren und mit Isolieranstrich zu versehen.
Innensechskantschrauben (SW 4) an der
elektrischen Einrichtung lösen und Tür mit den
Installationseinsätzen öffnen.
Anschlusskabel vorbereiten und durch die
Kabelverschraubungen in den Anschlussraum
führen.
Gehäuse auf die Montageplatte setzen und mit
Innensechskantschrauben fest verschrauben.
Nicht benutzte Kabelverschraubungen müssen
mit den beiliegenden Blindstopfen verschlossen
werden.
Leitungsverschraubung fest anziehen.
Netzanschlussleitung eng an der
Gehäuserückwand verlegen, damit ausreichend
Platz für einschwenkende Tür verbleibt.
Den elektrischen Anschluss des Poller-
leuchtenrohres an der mit L1· L2 · L3 · N · PE
gekennzeichneten Klemme vornehmen.
Den elektrischen Anschluss des Pollerleuchten-
kopfes an der mit N · 1 · L · DA · DA
gekennzeichneten Klemme vornehmen.
Zur digitalen Ansteuerung sind die mit DA
gekennzeichneten Klemmen zu verwenden.
Bei Nichtbelegung dieser Klemmen wird der
Leuchtenkopf mit voller Lichtleistung betrieben.
Tür mit Installationseinsätzen schließen und fest
verschrauben.
Pollerleuchtenrohr über die elektrische
Einrichtung führen und mit der Montageplatte
fest verschrauben.
Anschluss der Verbindungsleitung am
Pollerleuchtenkopf:
Die serienmäßig angeschlossene
5-adrige Anschlussleitung am separaten
Pollerleuchtenkopf muss demontiert werden.
Innensechskantschrauben lösen und
Anschlussgehäuse vom Leuchtenkopf
abheben. Anschlussadern abklemmen,
Leitungsverschraubung lösen und Leitung
herausziehen. Beiliegende Verbindungsleitung
durch Leitungsverschraubung am Leuchten-
kopf führen. Leitungsverschraubung fest
anziehen.
Elektrischen Anschluss der Leitungsadern
vornehmen. Dabei auf richtige Belegung der
Klemmen achten.
Die grün-gelbe Ader ist an der mit PE, die
braune Ader an der mit L und die blaue Ader
an der mit N gekennzeichneten Klemme
anzuschließen. Der Anschluss der weiß-roten
und weiß-schwarzen Adern erfolgt an den mit
DA gekennzeichneten Klemmen.
Anschlussgehäuse verschrauben.
Stecker der Leuchte in Buchsenteil des Poller-
leuchtenrohres einstecken und verschrauben.
Pollerleuchtenkopf in das Pollerleuchtenrohr
einsetzen, rechtsherum bis zum Anschlag
drehen, ggf. ausrichten und mit seitlicher
Innensechskantschraube festsetzen.
Montagetür schließen und verriegeln.
Installation
The base of the luminaire must not be below
the upper edge of the floor covering.
Undo the hexagon socket screws (wrench size
4) in the base section as far as they will go and
lift the bolard tube vertically.
Loosen the lateral hexagon socket screws
(wrench size 3) on the electrical device and lift
the housing upwards.
Install the mounting plate with electrical unit so
that the socket outlets are accessible via the
door.
Note the arrow on the mounting plate.
Using the provided mounting materials or
other suitable mounting materials, screw-fit the
mounting plate to a foundation or anchorage
unit 70 896.
In case of installation on a foundation, please
observe the following: Wet concrete can be
highly alkaline and must not come into contact
with the luminaire permanently.
We recommend draining the installation area
and painting it with insulating paint.
Loosen the hexagon socket screws
(wrench size 4) on the electrical device and
open the door with the installation inserts.
Prepare the connection cable and run it
through the cable glands into the connection
compartment.
Place the housing on the mounting plate and
screw it tight using hexagon socket screws.
Unused cable glands must be sealed with the
enclosed dummy plugs.
Tighten screw cable gland.
Lay the power connecting cable close to
the rear wall of the housing so that there is
sufficient space for the door to swing in.
Establish the electrical connection between
the bollard tube and the terminal marked
L1· L2 · L3 · N · PE.
Establish the electrical connection between
the bollard head and the terminal marked
N · 1 · L · DA · DA.
The terminals marked DA are to be used for
digital control purposes.
If these terminals are not assigned, the
luminaire head will work with full light output.
Close the door with installation inserts and
screw tightly.
Route the bollard tube over the electrical device
and screw it tightly onto the mounting plate.
Connection of the connection cable to the
bollard head:
The 5-wire connecting cable which is
connected as standard to the separate bollard
head must be removed.
Undo the hexagon socket screws and lift the
connection housing from the luminaire head.
Disconnect the wires, undo the screw cable
gland and pull out the cable.
Route the supplied connection cable through
the screw cable gland on the luminaire head.
Tighten screw cable gland.
Establish the electrical connection to the cable
wires. Note the correct configuration of the
terminals.
The green-yellow wire should be connected
to the terminal marked PE, the brown wire
to L and the blue wire to N. The white-red
and white-black wires are connected to the
terminals marked DA.
Screw the connection housing in place.
Push plug of the luminaire into coupler of the
bollard tube and screw together.
Insert bollard head into bollard tube and turn it
clockwise as far as it will go, adjust if necessary
and fix with lateral hexagon socket head screw.
Close the installation door and lock it.

Installation
L'embase du luminaire ne doit pas se trouver
en dessous du bord supérieur du revêtement
de sol.
Dévisser les vis à six pans creux (SW 4) du pied
jusqu'à la butée et relever perpendiculairement
le support pour tête de balise.
Dévisser les vis à six pans creux latérales
(SW 3) de l'équipement électrique et relever le
boîtier vers le haut.
La contre-plaque avec l'équipement électrique
doit être installée de telle façon qu'un accès
aux prises de courant soit possible par la porte.
Vérifier l'orientation de la flèche se trouvant sur
la contre-plaque.
Visser la contre-plaque avec le matériel de
fixation fourni ou tout autre matériel approprié
sur un massif de fondation ou sur une pièce à
enterrer 70 896.
Attention : En cas d'installation sur un massif
de fondation: La laitance du béton peut être
fortement alcaline et ne doit pas être en
contact durable avec le luminaire. La surface
où le luminaire est installé doit être draînée et
protégée par une matière isolante.
Dévisser les vis à six pans creux (SW 4) de
l'équipement électrique et ouvrir la porte
renfermant les équipements électriques.
Préparer le câble de connexion, le passer au
travers des presse-étoupes et le faire cheminer
dans le compartiment de connexion.
Placer le boîtier sur la platine de fixation et le
visser solidement avec la vis à six pans creux.
Les presse-étoupes non utilisés doivent être
fermés à l'aide des bouchons aveugles fournis.
Serrer fermement le presse-étoupe.
Installer le câble de raccordement tout près
de la partie arrière de l'armature afin de
laisser suffisamment de place pour une porte
pivotante.
Procéder au raccordement électrique du
support de balise au bornier repéré par
L1· L2 · L3 · N · PE.
Procéder au raccordement électrique de
la tête de balise au bornier repéré par
N · 1 · L · DA · DA.
Utiliser les borniers marqués DA pour la
commande numérique. Si ces borniers ne sont
pas raccordés, la tête de la balise fonctionne à
la puissance maximale.
Fermer la porte avec les équipements
électriques et bien visser.
Faire glisser le support pour tête de balise sur
l'équipement électrique et visser fermement à
la platine de fixation.
Connexion du câble de raccordement à la tête
de balise:
Déconnecter le câble de raccordement à 5 fils
raccordé en série de la tête de balise séparée.
Desserrer les vis à six pans creux et ôter
la boîte de connexion de la tête de balise.
Déconnecter les fils de connexion, desserrer le
presse-étoupe et tirer le câble.
Faire passer le câble de raccordement fourni
par le presse-étoupe de la tête de luminaire.
Serrer fermement le presse-étoupe.
Procéder au raccordement électrique des fils.
Veiller au bon adressage des borniers.
Le fil vert-jaune doit être raccordé au bornier
marqué PE, le fil marron au bornier marqué L
et le fil bleu au bornier marqué N. Les fils blanc-
rouge et blanc-noir doivent être raccordés aux
borniers marqués DA.
Revisser la boîte de connexion.
Enfoncer la fiche du luminaire dans le
connecteur embrochable du support de balise
et visser.
Installer la tête de la balise dans le support
de la balise et tourner vers la droite jusqu'à la
butée, ajuster le cas échéant puis fixer avec la
vis à six pans creux latérale.
Fermer la porte de montage.
