– Rate of removal and grinding performance are es-
sentially determined by the selection of the sand-
ing sheet (grain), the speed of the rubber back and
the grinding pressure.
– Place the entire surface of the machine onto the
surface to be processed.
– Switch the machine on and move it across the work
piece applying moderate pressure.
Cleaning and maintenance
‰ Prior to working on the machine, pull the mains plug.
‰ Always keep the machine and the ventilation slots
clean to ensure a proper and safe operation.

– Open cleaning flap 12.
– Empty dust catching cartridge 11.
– Remove filter 13 and knock off grinding dust or re-
move it with a brush.
– Slide filter 13 into the lateral guidances.
Spare parts
If, despite careful manufacture and testing procedures,
the machine should become defective, repair should be
performed by a Würth Master Service. Within Germany,
you can contact Würth Master Service free of charge
under tel. 0800-WMASTER (0800- 9 62 78 37). The
telephone number in Austria is 0800-20 30 13.
It is imperative that you include the article number in
accordance with the nameplate of the machine in all
correspondence and spare part orders.
The currently valid list of the spare parts can be seen in
the Internet under http://www.wuerth.com/partsman-
ager; it also can be requested from the nearest Würth
branch office.
Disposal
Power tools, accessories and packaging material must
be recycled in an environmentally compatible manner.
Only for EC countries:
Do not dispose of power tools into
household waste.
According to the EC Directive
2002/96/EG on Waste Electrical
and Electronic equipment and its im-
plementation into national right, power tools, that are
no longer usable, must be collected separately and
disposed of in an environment-friendly manner.

Guarantee
For this WÜRTH machine, we provide a guarantee in
line with the statutory / country specific regulations
from the date of purchase
(verified by invoice or delivery document).
Damage that has occurred will be corrected either by
replacement or by repair. Damage caused by improp-
er handling is excluded from the guarantee.
Claims can be recognized only if the machine is pre-
sented in a not-disassembled manner to a WÜRTH
branch office, your WÜRTH field service employee or
a customer service office for power tools authorized
by WÜRTH.

The specified vibration emission values:
– were measured in line with a standardized test pro-
cedure and can be used for the comparison of two
electric appliances
– can be used for an introductory estimation of the
idle time.
The vibration emission value may differ
from the specified value while the tool is
operated, depending on the type of us-
age.
Safety precautions are to be made to protect
the operator; they are to be based on the esti-
mated idle time during the actual operation. All
aspects of the operational cycle are to be taken
into consideration. .
