How to pull tension cable from front post:

Picture 2 &3: Attach the cable to the rear of the Tension Knob by inserting the end of
the tension wire into the clasp on the end of the lower tension cable then pull upwards
and insert the end of the outer cable into the top of the U shaped bracket. Please note
at this stage you may need to pull the handlebar post upwards with some force to
increase the length of the cable.
Picture 4 & 5: Place the Tension knob housing into the front post fix in place by using
the screw
