Routine Maintenance

To keep the machine in good working condition the following items must be checked and serviced regularly.

Sawdust chamber (for the user)

Vacuum the sawdust chamber regularly to prevent the hazardous
accumulation of dust.

Discs (for the user)

Check the surface of the discs regularly and remove any dirt.

Spherical Wheel (for the user)

Even though the spherical OMNICASTERTM wheel is self-cleaning
regarding sawdust, remove dirt from the machine unit and wheel
regularly. Dirt may cause uneven sanding.
