Playback Speed Control

When in playback mode, Click the onscreen
playback icons to adjust the playback speed:
Speed up the playback
Slow down the playback
Rewind the playback
Play
Video files play in three speeds at 30 FPS:
Normal (> 1x), Faster, (>> 5x) and
Fastest (>>> 9x)
The fast forward function uses frames per
second (FPS) as a counting unit. The lower
the frame rate in the recording, the higher the
playback speed.
For example:
If a DVR is recording under 10 fps, by
pressing the >>> button, it takes
approximately 22 seconds to finish playing a
10 minute clip.
If a DVR is recording under 30 fps, by
pressing the >>> button, it takes
approximately 66 seconds to finish playing a
10 minute clip.

The playback speed can also be adjusted
using the Front Panel buttons or Remote
Control:
While playback, click:
To speed up the playback
To slow down the playback
To increase the speed:
REW key (High-speed backward
playback)
FF key (High-speed forward
Playback).
Press the keys repeatedly to adjust
the speed rate.
To decrease the speed
Use the STEP keys to Slow
playback (in reverse or forward).
Press the keys repeatedly to adjust
the speed rate.
Playback picture by picture by
STEP keys (Step playback in
backward or in forward).
Note: The scroll button cannot be used to
adjust playback speed.
Tip: The playback speed can also be adjusted
using the front panel buttons or the remote
control.
