HOW TO FILE A CLAIM UNDER THE WAR-
RANTY
Please follow the procedure below if you desire to file a
claim under the warranty :
1 - If the equipment is used in the country where it
was purchased, please contact the distributor approved by
La Boite concept which sold the equipment.
2 - If the equipment is used in a country other than the
country where it was purchased, please contact the natio-
nal La Boite concept distributor of the residence country,
which indicate to you where you can have the equipment
repaired. You can contact La Boite concept in France or visit
our website in order to obtain an accurate telephone/email
address of your local distributor. To validate your warranty,
you sould present the original copy of your sales invoice or
another form of proof of your purchase and the date of pur-
chase.
3 - You are only eligible for the warranty if you have filed
the registration process right after purchasing your product.
