3 - This warranty only is eligible to products with faulty
workmanship and/or defective parts at the moment of pur-
chase and does not apply in the following cases :
a. deteriorations resulting from an in- correct installation,
connection or packaging ;
b. deteriorations resulting from a usage other than the cor-
rect usage described in the user manual, negligence, changes
or the use of parts not manufactured or approved by La
Boite concept ;
c. deteriorations resulting from a defective or unsuitable au-
xiliary equipment ;
d. deteriorations resulting from: accidents, lightning, water,
heat, war, breaches of public order, or other causes outside
of the reasonable control of La Boite concept or its appro-
ved distributors ;
e. products with serial numbers modified, erased, eliminated
or rendered unreadable ;
f. products repaired or changed by an unauthorised person.
4 - This warranty is in addition to any national / regional
legal obligation on behalf of the national distributors or
dealers and does not affect your statutory rights as a cus-
tomer.
