Problem
When the electrical
current is turned on, the
electrovalve does not
work.
Dripping from the
connection points of the
electrovalve.
Dripping from the
outlet, even with the
electro-valve closed.
The electrovalve
operates, but no fluid
comes out.
Probable cause
Current is not reaching the
solenoid.
The solenoid is burnt out.
The fuse protecting the
electrical circuit is blown.
The hydraulic inlet pipe is
blocked.
The pressure in the
hydraulic circuit is too high.
Hydraulic connections
loose.
Electrovalve body locking
fork not properly inserted.
Worn sealing washer
Balancing hole (on the
diaphragm) blocked.
I n s t r u c t i o n
Remedy
Check that the plug is
properly inserted onto the
solenoid's connector.
Check that the control
panel that is being used is
operating properly.
Replace the solenoid.
Check the condition of
the fuse and if necessary
replace it.
Check that the inlet pipe is
clear. If present, carefully
clean the inlet filter.
Check that the operating
pressure is within the
limits specified in the
TECHNICAL DATA.
Properly tighten the
hydraulic connections.
Correctly insert the locking
fork.
