Problem
Water leaking from
faucet air gap hole

Possible Causes
High quality product water
may have a different taste
than what you're used to.
Low water usage.
Contamination in product
water storage.
Prefilter and postfilter
need to be changed.
Drain side of faucet air gap
(3/8" tubing) plugged,
restricted or incorrectly
connected to the drain.
This is normal.
Water supply to the Reverse
Osmosis system not within
specifications.
Prefilter cartridge plugged
with sediments.
Reverse Osmosis membrane
plugged with sediments.
Water supply valve
