Unbalanced power supply voltage.
Voltage power shortage or open power supply phase.
Reversed or open power supply phase.
System test run not yet executed (system operation
not possible).
An error occurred during the test run.
Test run aborted.
Test run aborted due to communication issues.
Faulty wiring to Q1/Q2 or indoor- outdoor.
Malfunction of connected indoor unit.
Faulty wiring to Q1/Q2 or indoor- outdoor.
• Too many indoor units are connected to F1/F2 line.
• Faulty wiring between units.
• System mismatch. Wrong type of indoor units com-
bined (R407C, Mini-split, etc).
• Indoor unit malfunction.
Connection malfunction over indoor units or type
mismatch (R407C, Mini-split, etc).
Wrong combination (different series (e.g. RXYQ and
REYQ), or different type (e.g. P type and T type)).
Assembly defect of indoor, Branch Selector and
outdoor units (e.g. different models, number of units or
part numbers, or different series are mixed).
Different type of Branch Selector units are combined
in the system. Combination of T type (BSQ-TVJ, BS-
Q54TVJ) and P type (BSVQ-PVJU, BSV-Q36PVJU)
cause error.
Wrong combination of outdoor units.
• Defect of Branch Selector units connecting position
or abnormality due to wiring error.
• Abnormality of Branch Selector units DIP switches
settings.

Connect transmission wiring of Branch Selector units
and indoor units to "TO IN/D UNIT (F1, F2)" and trans-
mission wiring of other outdoor units to "TO OUT/D
UNIT (F1, F2)".
Check the malfunction code of indoor unit and resolve it.
Connect transmission wiring of Branch Selector units
and indoor units to "TO IN/D UNIT (F1, F2)" and trans-
mission wiring of other outdoor units to "TO OUT/D
UNIT (F1, F2)".
• Check indoor unit amount and total capacity con-
nected.
• Check connection.
Check if other indoor units have malfunction and con-
firm indoor unit mix is allowed.
Check if other indoor units have malfunction and con-
firm indoor unit mix is allowed.
Correct the units combination.
• Check and modify the number of indoor units that
are connected.
• Check the type of refrigerant for indoor and outdoor
units, and replace them with adaptable indoor/out-
door units in the case of inconsistency.
Configure the system with only T type Branch Selector
units.
Correct the units combination.
• Check that the wiring connection are correct, refer-
ring to the wiring diagram for Branch Selector units,
and correct if there are any errors.
