Connections to output components (Bi-AMP connections)

Bi-AMP connections utilize two amplifiers and two sets of speaker cables, one connected to the speakers' low-range input
connectors (Low) and the other connected to the speakers' high-range input connectors (High).
Note
When using balanced (XLR-3-32) connections, use output connectors 1 or 2.
'
When using unbalanced (RCA pin-jack) connections, use output connectors 3 or 4.
'
When using multiple power amplifiers, use either power amplifiers with four inputs, 2 identical stereo power amplifiers, or
'
4 identical monaural power amplifiers.
Use the same power amplifier for L and R channels.
'
Proper balance values for high and low ranges will not be obtained if the amplifiers used for high and low ranges have
'
different gain characteristics.

CAUTION
Do not turn on power to this unit and other components until all connections and switch settings have been completed.
'
The same sound volume will be output from the analog output connectors 1, 2, 3, and 4 for the same channel (L or R).
'
In order to prevent negative effects on the amplifier from the speakers when using Bi-AMP connections, the speakers'
'
accessory High-Low short bar must be removed. For details, consult the operating instructions for your speakers.
Do not connect anything other than dedicated XLR cables to the XLR input/output connector.
