Top/bottom heat with fan
The multi-function oven is the ideal appliance for the baking of all
types of cakes and bread.
1.
You can use any conventional baking dishes with a diameter of
max. 28 cm or the baking tray supplied with the oven.
2.
For baking, we recommend using top and bottom heat with
fan assistance.
3.
For baking dishes, insert the rack at the bottom rail and place
the dish on the rack.
4.
For the baking of biscuits, apple tarts and other flat pastry
dishes, use the baking tray and insert it in the second rail from
the bottom.
5.
Set the function switch to top and bottom heat with fan and
select the desired temperature with the temperature switch.
6.
Set the timer to the desired baking time.
7.
After the set baking time has lapsed, the oven is automatically
switched off and beeps.
8.
Check whether your food is fully cooked, using a wooden pin. If
there is no dough left on the pin when you retract it, the cake
or pie is ready to be taken from the oven.
9.
If there is dough on the pin, continue baking at the same tem-
perature for a few more minutes and repeat the pin test.
