3 Important Notes
The amplifiers correspond to all relevant directives
of the EU and are therefore marked with

The amplifiers are suitable for indoor use only
Protect them against dripping water, splash
water and high air humidity The admissible
ambient temperature range is 0 – 40 °C

For cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth; never
use water or chemicals

No guarantee claims for the amplifiers and no
liability for any resulting personal damage or
material damage will be accepted if the ampli-
fiers are used for other purposes than originally
intended or if they are not correctly installed
or connected
If the amplifiers are to be put out of
operation definitively, take them to a
local recycling plant for a disposal which
is not harmful to the environment
4 Operation
For mobile applications, the amplifiers can be in-
stalled on microphone stands with 16 mm (
thread For fixed installation, mounting brackets
are supplied which can also be screwed to a rack
1) For fixed installation, make a test run to de-
termine the ideal mounting location (refer to
the steps below) Then fasten the mounting
brackets provided (5) at a suitable location
The distance between the antenna amplifiers
should be 0 5 m to 1 m The distance may be
shorter when the conditions for signal recep-
tion are good
Use the mounting screw (6) to fasten the
antenna amplifiers to the mounting brackets
via their threaded hole (3)
2) Insert the antennas of the receiver into the
jacks ANT (4) and place them in a vertical
position
3) Use 50 Ω coaxial cables to connect the jacks
OUTPUT (2) to the antenna inputs of the re-
ceiver or the antenna splitter
4) Switch on the receiver or the antenna splitter
When the units have been correctly connected,
the red power LED (1) will light up
