Warranty

Ivory guarantees this product against defects of material and
manufacture for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
Ivory cannot be held responsible for defects and consequences
caused by or attributable to normal wear, improper use, cleaning or
maintenance, failure to follow operating and coupling instructions, lime
scale or corrosion, contamination of the air or water supplies, chemical
or electrical effects of an exceptional nature or not permitted by the
instructions provided by Ivory or other manufacturers. Ivory expressly
declines all responsibility for defects or consequences attributable to
tampering with the product or modifications made by the customer
or unauthorised third parties, or attributable to the use of non-original
spare parts. In the event of justified claims, Ivory shall either repair the
product or supply spare parts free of charge under the warranty. The
warranty excludes all other claims, with particular reference to claims
