Keine verbogenen, verformten, abgenutzten, verrosteten, gebrochenen oder defekten Fräser, keine Fräser mit Rissen an Rändern oder Achsen, keine nicht ISO-konformen oder manipulierten Fräser, keine von den angegebenen Daten abweichenden Fräser verwenden. Das Handstück nicht in Desinfektionslösung oder Ultraschallbad tauchen! Ausschließlich chlorfreie, von anerkannten Instituten zertifizierte Desinfektionsmittel verwenden.

  • Page 29 ACHTUNG! Nach jedem Schmiervorgang das Handstück mit dem Fräser nach unten richten. Das Handstück 30 Sekunden lang laufen lassen, sodass überschüssiges Öl entfernt wird. Falls Verunreinigungen austreten, den gesamten Hygiene- und Wartungsvorgang wiederholen. - Sterilisation Normgerechte Sterilisation im Autoklav: EN 13060, EN ISO 17665-1 ACHTUNG! - Die Anweisungen des Herstellers des Sterilisationsgeräts befolgen.
  • Page 30 Sterilisation Autoklav entsprechend Norm EN ISO 17665-1 und unter Einhaltung folgender Bedingungen durchführen: - Dampfsterilisation Klasse B mit Sterilisator entsprechend EN 13060. Verweildauer zur Sterilisation mindestens 3.5 Minuten bei 135°C. 3) Beutel aus dem Autoklav nehmen. - Lagerung - Das Handstück bis zur Verwendung im Autoklavbeutel aufbewahren. - Sterilisiertes Material an staubdichtem und trockenem Ort mit möglichst geringer Bakterienbelastung aufbewahren.

At the start of every working day and after the treatment of every patient, the water-conducting systems should be rinsed for at least 2 min. without the instrument being attached. CAUTION! Do not disconnect the handpiece from the micromotor while it is functioning.

Never use burs that are bent, deformed, worn, corroded, broken or defective, burs with cracks in the edges or shafts, burs that do not conform to ISO standards, burs that have been tampered with, or burs that do not conform to the specifications given herein.
  • Page 54 DANGEr! Never press the locking button on the handpiece while the instrument is in use or has not quite stopped. Doing so can cause the bur to become loose of cause the locking system to overheat and break. DANGEr! AVOID CONTACT between the patient’s cheek and the locking button during use.
  • Page 55 DANGEr! Never apply excessive pressure to burs. They could break, bend or become difficult to extract. 1) Press the locking button (1) and push and turn the bur (2) in as far as it will go. 2) Check that the bur (2) is held firmly in place.

If you notice any unusual noise, vibration, overheating, interruption in the flow of cooling liquid, leakage or changes in the colour of the LED, stop using CAUTION!     Hygiene and maintenance WArNING! Respect all directives, standards and national legislation governing cleaning, disinfection and sterilisation. DANGEr! Always wear gloves to avoid the risk of lesions and infections when checking, cleaning, repairing or extracting teeth. CAUTION! Never immerse the handpiece in disinfectant solutions or ultrasonic baths! Only use chlorine-free disinfectant products that have been certified by officially recognised institutes.

    -External disinfection Clean and disinfect the handpiece after every treatment to eliminate residues of bodily fluids (e.g. blood, saliva etc.) and prevent them entering the internal parts of the handpiece. 1) Clean off all dirt and impurities from the handpiece. Do not use metal brushes.

After lubricating, hold the handpiece with the chuck facing down.
