5.2

Mounting the bending tool

• Connect the hydraulic coupling (4) to the hydraulic
coupler (26) of the required expansion tool.
• Connect the control cable (25) to the socket (2) on the
hydraulic unit
• Insert the battery in working position (right) and switch to
Working Mode / Press Function (5)
• By changing the operation from expanding to bending make sure the
switch is fixed to „1".
Note:
Dirt
Make sure that both coupling and coupler are free from dirt.
Note:
Forward and return button
In bending mode, the forward and return button on the hydraulic
unit (8) is inactive.
The bending process must be started with the start button (24)
on the bending tool.
By changing the operation from expanding to bending make sure the
connected switch is fixed to „0", then the hydraulic hose can be mounted.
5.3

Removing the bending tool

• Remove the battery out of working position.
• Withdraw the coupling sleeve of the hydraulic coupling and disconnect the
hydraulic hose (4) from the bending tool.
• Disconnect control cable (25) from the socket (2) of the hydraulic unit.
