Pre-Enfriamiento
Este programa se utiliza para pre-enfriar el aparato antes del primer ciclo. Se realiza con el abatidor
vacío y es de corta duración, 20 minutos. Está reconocido como el método correcto para preparar
el aparato para un correcto funcionamiento. Se selecciona, moviendo el dedo sobre la rueda, bien
en sentido o en contra de las agujas del reloj hasta seleccionar el programa, una vez localizado en
el visor pulsar el botón para que comience el ciclo.
Descarche
El descarche no es normalmente necesario, pero si se produce hielo en el evaporador se puede
seleccionar, manualmente, un descarche. Mover el dedo sobre la rueda, bien en sentido o en
contra de las agujas del reloj hasta seleccionar el programa de descarche.
Presionar en el centro del botón o rueda y soltar, se iniciará el descarche.
El descarche durará entorno a los 20 minutos, al finalizar sonará la alarma. Pulsar el centro del
botón para pararlo. So no se para la alarma dejará de sonar al finalizar el periodo diseñado con
este fin. En este punto el visor mostrará la pantalla previa al descarche.

Ajuste del tiempo de enfriamiento (Todo los programas excluidos los Profesionales 1, 2 y 3)
Estando la pantalla de selección de programas, pulsar el botón central y mantenerlo durante 2
segundos, la información se mostrará en la parte superior izquierda del visor.
Para incrementar el valor mover la rueda en el sentido de las agujas del reloj, y para disminuir el
valor en sentido contrario. Una vez seleccionado el tiempo, pulsar y mantener el botón central
durante 2 segundos y "CHILL TEMP" ó temperatura de enfriamiento se encenderá. Al finalizar
presionar y mantener durante 2 segundos el botón central para volver a la pantalla de selección,
para continuar pulsar y soltar el centro del botón y el programa comenzará.
Al finalizar el programa volverá a funcionar con el valor de tiempo pre-programado por defecto.

Ajuste de temperaturas de enfriamiento/mantenimiento.
(Únicamente Profesional 1, 2 y 3)
Los programas Profesionales 1, 2 y 3, son programas que se utilizan con valores
programados específicos con el fin de cubrir las necesidades particulares de los
productos.
Ajustar el tiempo de enfriamiento como en el punto anterior. Con la
temperatura de enfriamiento "CHILL TEMP" remarcada, izquierda (visor b.),
presionar y soltar el centro del botón para modificar el valor de la temperatura,
izquierda (visor c.). Para incrementar el valor mover la rueda en el sentido de las
agujas del reloj, y para disminuir el valor en sentido contrario. Una vez
seleccionado el tiempo, pulsar y mantener el botón central durante 2 segundos
y "HOLD TEMP" ó temperatura de mantenimiento se encenderá. Proceder de
la misma manera para cambiar está temperatura. Al finalizar presionar y
mantener durante 2 segundos el botón central para volver a la pantalla de
selección, para continuar pulsar y soltar el centro del botón y el programa
comenzará.
Ambas temperaturas se memorizan y quedarán gravadas para futuros ciclos
con dichos programas.
Information
Whilst in the program selection screen press and hold the centre button for 2 seconds, the information
screen will be displayed. Move your finger lightly around the click wheel until 'INFORMATION' is
highlighted. Press and release the centre button to display the screen showing the last run cycle. The
information relates to date, program run, start time, start temperature and end temperature.
HACCP settings
Whilst in the program selection screen press and hold the centre button for 2 seconds, the information screen will be displayed. Move
your finger lightly around the click wheel until 'HACCP SETTINGS' is highlighted. Press and release the centre button to access the
HACCP option screen. Press and release the centre button to move to the selection screen for long or short reports, Move your finger
lightly around the click wheel to select which option, once selected press and release the centre button to confirm.
Press and release the centre button to move to the selection screen for the print sample, select 3 or 5 minute selection rate.
On completion press and hold the centre button for 2 seconds to return to the program selection screen.
Print Data
Whilst in the program selection screen press and hold the centre button for 2 seconds, the information screen will be displayed. Move
your finger lightly around the click wheel until 'PRINT DATA' is highlighted. If using a hand held printer switch the printer on now.
Point the printer at the infra red download sensor (optional), located in display area, press and release the centre button to download
the print data. On completion press and hold the centre button for 2 seconds to return to the program selection screen.
Set time and date
Whilst in the program selection screen press and hold the centre button for 2 seconds, the
information screen will be displayed, top left. Move your finger lightly around the click wheel until
'SET TIME/DATE' is highlighted. Press and release the centre button to access the service screen,
below left. Press and release the centre button to move to the displayed time in hours and
minutes, move your finger lightly around the click wheel to alter the time, once the correct time
has been achieved press and release the centre button to move to 'DAY'. If it is necessary to
change the day, month and year change the settings using the same procedure for setting
the time.
On completion press and hold the centre button for 2 seconds to return to the program selection
screen.
Changing Text Language
Whilst in the program selection screen press and hold the centre button for 2 seconds, the information
screen will be displayed continue pressing the centre button for a further 2 seconds to display the
'SERVICE MENU'. LANGUAGE will be highlighted, press and release the centre button, 'ENG' (English) will
be highlighted. Move your finger lightly around the click wheel to change the language. Select the
preferred language, press and release the centre button to confirm.
Screen Saver
The screen saver screen is displayed if the machine is not used for 20 minutes, providing power is connected to it. It shows a series of
'Z' indicating sleep mode. Pressing and releasing the centre button or opening the door will awaken the unit; the program selection
screen will be displayed.
Alarms and Warnings

Food Probe: If this alarm occurs it will automatically change to a timed program until it is completed, further operation

Door Open: The display will continue to show the alarm message until the door is closed. If this does not cancel the alarm call your
Foster Authorised Service Company.
