OPERATION
Note: To achieve optimum performance, please fully charge the
straightener before use.
1. Turn it on: Press the POWER button for 2 seconds. The straightener
will now start to heat up. The temperature display flashes as long
as the straightener is heating up. If the temperature indicator LED
is lit continuously, the preselected temperature has been reached
and the unit is ready for operation.
2. The hair straightener automatically heats up to 180 °C (yellow
display). By pressing the POWER button, you can set the
temperature to the desired degree. You can choose between 160 °C
(blue display), 180 °C (yellow display) and 200 °C (red display).
Attention: The temperature depends on the thickness of your hair.
If you are unsure, start with the lowest value and increase it until you
have achieved the desired result.
3. Dry and comb your hair to remove possible entanglements.
4. Divide your hair into thin strands.
Attention: The device is only suitable for use on dry hair!
5. To open the device, press the unlock button. The symbol with the
lock open must point outwards.
6. To straighten the hair, grasp a strand of hair and insert it into the
straightener. With one hand you hold the strand taut, with the
other you lead the hair straightener slowly over the strand from
the hairline to the tip.

7. To create waves, grab a strand of hair and insert it into the
straightener. Turn the straightener 180° in the desired wave
direction and slowly guide the straightener over the strand from
the hairline to the tip.
8. Turn it off: Press the POWER button for 2 seconds.
9. Lock the appliance by compressing the straightener and pressing
the lock button. The symbol with the lock closed must point
outwards.
Hint: If you do not operate the device, it switches off automatically
after 15 minutes.

CARE AND STORAGE

• Clean the hair straightener regularly with a clean and damp cloth.
• Do not under any circumstances keep the appliance under water,
otherwise liquid may penetrate and damage the hair straightener.
• Do not use caustic or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the unit.
These can damage the device.
• Allow the unit to cool completely before storing.
• Keep the unit and accessories out of the reach of children and
animals in a dry, frost-free place away from direct sunlight.
