SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Keep packaging materials away from children and pets. There is a
danger of suffocation!
• Keep away from water. Do not use this unit near bathtubs, showers,
washbasins, or ther containers containing water.
• Always check the device for damage before putting it into
operation. If the device shows visible damage, it must not be used.
• Do not use the unit if it has malfunctioned or fallen into water.
• Never touch the device, power cord or plug with wet hands.
• Do not insert metal objects into the unit to avoid electric shock.
• The straightener gets hot during operation! Keep the appliance
away from flammable objects. Make sure that you have no direct
contact with the heating surface, especially with the eyes, ears, face
and neck.
• Do not use the device if flammable gases are present in the air.
• Keep sufficient distance from heat sources such as stoves or ovens.

BATTERY AND CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS
• Do not leave the device unattended during charging. Be sure to
remove the charger when it is fully charged.
• The hair straightener cannot be used during charging.
• The power indicator LED lights red during charging. It lights green
when the unit is fully charged.
• As soon as the battery charge is less than 30 %, the power
indicator-LED lights red. If the battery is nearly empty, the red light
flashes 5 times and the device switches off automatically.
• If the battery has leaked, avoid contact of skin, eyes and mucous
membranes with the battery acid. In case of contact with battery
acid, rinse the affected areas immediately with plenty of clear water
and seek medical attention immediately.
• The battery must not be disassembled, thrown into fire, immersed
in liquids or short -circuited.
• Batteries don't belong in children's hands. Never leave batteries
lying around open, there is a danger that they may be swallowed
by children or pets.
• To achieve maximum charging capacity, it is important to fully
charge the battery before using the unit for the first time.
• Always charge the battery with a suitable USB cable.
• Never wrap the USB cable around the device during charging or
after use, as this may damage the charging cable.
• Make sure that the USB cable is not crushed, bent or laid over sharp
edges and that it does not come into contact with hot surfaces.
• A USB power adapter is required so that the device can be charged
via an electrical outlet. This is not included in the scope of delivery.
