Problem
No water or
very little water
is flowing.
Continuous flow
of water.
Control unit
flashes green
every
2 seconds.
The water is
switched off
automatically
after a certain
period of time.
Potential cause
Angle valves are
closed.
No water supply
(e.g. main cock is
closed, no water
pressure).
Hoses are kinked
or twisted.
Water pipes are
blocked.
Tap unit or control
unit is not connected
correctly to the
water supply.
> Press the On/OFF button.
> Close the water access.
> Open again after a short period of
time.
> If water still flows continuously, close
the water access and call Customer
Services.
Cleaning mode is
activated.
Maximum
water flow time is
reached.
Solution
> Open both angle
valves fully.
> Ensure a water
supply is
available.
> Install the hoses
correctly.
> Flush the pipes.
> Connect the tap
unit or control
unit correctly to
the water.
> Wait 45 seconds
or press the
control unit for
3 seconds.
> Reset the
maximum water
flow time.
