PROBLEM
The low battery indi-
cator lamp is lit.
The appliance has not
started.
The battery charged
indicator continues to
pulse after 48 hours
of charging.
The side brushes are
deformed.
The appliance does
not start functioning.
The appliance goes in
circles and never in a
straight line.
The autonomy is lower
than normal.
PROBABLE CAUSE
1. The battery is low.
2. The appliance has
been lifted from the
floor.
1. The on/off button is
in the "0" position.
2. The dust box filter
is badly fitted.
During the charging
process, the current
has been cut off, so
the appliance has
not been charged
properly.
They are deformed
due to use.
1. The battery is
incorrectly fitted.
2. The battery charge
level is too low.
There may be
problems with the
wheels.
The battery has not
completely recovered /
charged.
SOLUTION
1. Recharge the
battery.
1. Operate the robot's
on/off button.
2. Fit the dust box
filter correctly.
Repeat the charging
process.
Remove the side brus-
hes and soak them in
hot water to recover
their initial shape.
1. Fit the battery
correctly.
2. Charge the batte-
ries of the appliance.
Contact our customer
service department to
repair them.

2. This can be normal

3. Change the battery
for a new one.
