Replacing module inserts

Replacing the module insert of a router module 3-port (705042)
For service purposes, the case (D) can remain in the system; only the module insert (B) is replaced.
Thanks to the hot connect functionality of the router module, this can even be performed during operation
with the corresponding configuration (alias device address).
The new module insert also has a new nameplate (F), which differs from the old one at least with regard
to the fabrication number and is no longer identical to nameplates (E) and (C) on the case (D).
Therefore, in the event of replacement, the module insert will be supplied along with a new nameplate
that will be affixed to the housing (D) in place of the old nameplate (C). This means that the specifications
of nameplates (F) and (C) once again correspond to one another.
Removing the module insert
1. Pull off the connecting cables if required (Bus In, Bus Out1, Bus Out2).
2. Pull off the wired terminal strip (A) toward the front.
3. Press the old module insert (B) together on the grooved surfaces at the top and bottom and remove
from the housing (D).
Mounting the module insert
1. In the housing, glue the new nameplate where the old nameplate (C) was.
2. Hold the new module insert (B) at the grooved surfaces on the top and bottom and insert them into
the housing (D). When doing so, ensure that the board of the module insert slides into the guide rails
of the housing.
3. Reattach the wired terminal strip (A).
4. Reconnect the connecting cables if required (Bus In, Bus Out1, Bus Out2).
