9. Liability limitation
All technical information, data and instructions for operating and maintaining the machine that are contained in
the operating instructions was up to date when the machine was delivered and incorporates our experience and
knowledge to date. We reserve the right to make technical changes in the interests of further development.
We accept no liability for damage and operating faults that occur as a result of incorrect operation, not observing
these operating instructions or improperly carried out repairs. For safety reasons, any unauthorised conversions
and modifications to the machine are not allowed and relieve us of any liability for resulting damage. Claims for
damages on whatever legal basis they are made are not possible.
10. Warranty
The manufacturer grants a warranty of 12 months. For our ALFRA Bevelling and Deburring Machines we grant
guarantee according to the legal and regional regulations (proven by invoice).This warranty is only valid with the
carrying out of the instructions of the Operation Manual and correct purpose of use.
The manufacturer is not legally liable for damages, caused by abuse, or misuse of instructions of this Operation
Manual.
Rights to claim under guarantee are out of question, in case the Bevel Milling Machine is, without written
authorization of the manufacturer, changed in construction or functional execution. If the electric tool is modified
without our authorization, this declaration will lose its validity and the guarantee expires.
