11. Conditions spéciales pour une utilisation sure
Lors de l'installation, il sera nécessaire de conserver un
minimum de 40 mm de distance entre le plan de joint du
coffret et tous les obstacles solides.
Dans le cas où le coffret est repeint, l'épaisseur de la
peinture doit être inférieure à 0,2 mm pour éviter tout
risque électrostatique.
Les dimensions des joints antidéflagrants sont
différentes de celles spécifiée dans les tableaux de la
norme IEC / EN 60079-1. Pour plus d'informations,

Évitez toute formation de couche de poussières > 5mm
et effectuez un nettoyage périodique avec un chiffon
humide
Ne pas démonter les unités de commandes et/ou de
signalisations
Lors de l'installation, pour le groupe I, l'utilisateur devra
tenir compte du fait que le matériel n'a subi qu'un choc
mécanique faible.
Conditions spéciales pour les versions Ex db [ia] ou
[ib] et Ex tb [ia] ou [ib]
L'installation des circuits de sécurité intrinsèque "SI" à
l'intérieur du coffret est subordonnée au respect des
exigences de leurs instructions et certificats joint, et :
Les circuits ''SI'' sont câblés avec les fils dont l'épaisseur
de l'isolant est supérieure ou égale à 0,5 mm et la
section ≥0,5 mm ². Les fils de connexion doivent prendre
en charge un test diélectrique de 500 V efficace.
Après la connexion, les lignes de fuite et les distances
dans l'air, entre les parties actives sous tension du circuit
de sécurité intrinsèque par rapport à un circuit de
sécurité intrinsèque à proximité sont supérieures ou
égales à 6 millimètres.
Après la connexion, les lignes de fuite et les distances
dans l'air, entre les parties actives sous tension du circuit
de sécurité intrinsèque par rapport aux pièces
métalliques qui peuvent être à la terre doit être
supérieure ou égale à 3 millimètres.
Pour la température ambiante positive:
Dans le cas où l'enceinte est équipée d'une sonde
thermique interne, le système doit être relié à un
dispositif de coupure qui éteindra des circuits lorsque le
seuil de déclenchement est atteint.
Pour la température ambiante négatif au-dessous de -20
° C: dans le cas de la température ambiante minimale de
l'enceinte est supérieure ou égale à la température
ambiante minimale indiquée dans le certificat des
éléments de sécurité intrinsèque, il est nécessaire
d'ajouter un thermostat interne.
Dans le cas de la température ambiante minimale de
l'enceinte est inférieure à la température ambiante
minimale indiquée dans le certificat des éléments de
sécurité intrinsèque, l'enceinte doit être munie d'un
thermostat calibré à proximité des éléments de sécurité
intrinsèque afin d'éteindre l'alimentation de ces éléments.

Speciale conditions for safe and use
During the installation it will be neccessary to keep a
minimum of 40 mm distance between the flanged joint of
the enclosure and all solid obstacles.
In case the enclosure is re-painted, the thickness of paint
is to be less than 0,2 mm to avoid electrostatic risck.
The dimensions of the flameproof joints are superior to
the value specified in tables of the standard IEC/EN
60079-1. For more information, contact Ex-tech Solution
ou Ex-tech System ou Ex-tech Signaling.
Avoid dust deposit > 5mm and perform periodic cleaning
with a damp cloth.
Do not remove the control and signal units.
During installation, for Group I, the user must take into
account that the material has undergone a low
mechanical shock.
Specific conditions for the Ex db [ia] or [ib] and Ex tb
[ia] or [ib] versions
The installation of the intrinsic safety circuits "IS" inside
the enclosure is subordinated to the respect of the
requirements of their instrcutions and certificates joined,
and with that after:
Circuits IS shall be cabled with connection wires of which
the thickness of insulator is ≥ 0,5 mm and the section
≥0,5 mm ². The connection wires shall support a
dielectric test of 500 V effective.
After connection the air gap and creepage distances in
the air, between the active parts under voltage of the
intrinsic safety circuit compared to an intrinsic safety
circuit close are higher or equal to 6 millimeters.
Afetr connection the air gap and creepage distances in
the air between the active parts under voltage of the
intrinsic safety circuit compared to the metal parts which
can be with the ground shall be higher or equal to 3
millimeters.
For the positive ambient temperature:
In case the enclosure is equiped with an internal thermal
probe, the system must be connected to a cut-off device
that will switch off of the circuits when the threshold of
release is reached.
For the negative ambient temperature below to -20°C:
in case of the minimum ambient temperature of the
enclosure is greater or equal than the minimum ambient
temperature specified in the certificate of the intrinsic
safety elements, it is not necessary to add an internal
thermostat.
In case of the minimum ambient temperature of the
enclosure is lower than the minimum ambient
temperature specified in the certificate of the intrinsic
safety elements, the enclosure shall be provided with a
calibrated thermostat near the intrinsic safety elements in
order to switch off the power supply of of these
