2. CHARGE POINT OPERATION
This selected charge point is not connected to a back
office. No online services or remote support are available
for this charge point.
In case of an error or issue, on site support is needed
from the installer.
With each charge point the quality check (QC) report
is included to show a working machine was put in the
box. This QC document is generated after assembly
& final testing in the factory. In case of a non working
charge point after installation, please follow the warranty
process.
