Setting the desired value (desired temperature)
To set the and change the desired value:

Turning the unit on / off

functions will be deactivated, and the display will alternate between showing „OFF"
and the sensor temperature value.
Defrost
Automatic defrost
Every 24 hours the unit automatically defrosts 6 times. The internal clock comes on
when the unit is first activated.
If you want the automatic defrost function to come on at a different time, press and
hold for at least 3 seconds. The display will show the symbol
immediately start a defrost cycle, and the next one will begin in 4 hours.
Manual defrost
Manual defrost can also be activated at any time: press and hold
3 seconds.
Manual defrost will be activated. The display will show the symbol

Tips for the user

Fill the cooling top only after the display shows the desired temperature has been
reached.

Fill the appropriate GN containers with food products prepared for serving, then
place them inside the cooling top.
