• CO cylinders are highly pressurized. Therefore, do not throw CO

above 50°C.
• CO supply only in conjunction with suitable pressure reducers for disposable Dennerle CO
2
• Cylinders must always be in an upright position when supplying CO
• Do not open CO cylinders by force.

• CO gas is heavier than air and has a suffocating effect in high concentrations. Avoid breathing in CO

• Store CO cylinders in well ventilated areas and not in cellars.

2 Set-up and connection

2.1 Connect the pressure reducer
• Turn setting knob as far as it will go in direction "-" (CO
shut off).
• Check whether the washer in the screwed-in adapter and the sea-
ling surface of the cylinder valve are clean.
• Screw pressure reducer slowly into place without canting, until a
slight resistance becomes noticeable: This indicates that the pin in
the connection socket of the pressure reducer has established
contact with the cylinder valve. Then swiftly turn the pressure re-
ducer by roughly a further half-turn and tighten finger-tight.
A brief hiss may occur at this point.
Quantum: The cylinder pressure manometer will now indicate
approx. 60 bar (at 20 °C).
