1 TWINLANe IN and OUT connectors
For connecting to an I/O network.*
* A network between DSP engines and I/O racks. Refer to the RIVAGE PM10
Operation Manual for details.
NOTE
• Use Neutrik opticalCON DUO single-mode optical fiber cables. Optical fiber
cable is easily damaged by bending and pulling. Using cable that has a locking
mechanism and strong insulation can help to reduce trouble.
• Cables of up to 2 km can be used. (node-to-node distance)
• Total cable length must be within 6 km.
• The HY256-TL-SMF cannot be combined with the HY256-TL in the same
TWINLANe network.
Cleaning
Correct communication might not be possible if debris and/or dust
has adhered to the ends of optical fiber cables or the connectors.
Clean the equipment regularly by using commercially available optical
fiber cleaning products.
