DESCRIPTION
This manual refers to REFRIGERATED SERVE-OVER DISPLAY suited for preserving and displaying food pro-
ducts as "MILK AND DAIRIES PRODUCTS" pre-packed or not;.
The refrigerated serve-over displays are available in the following versions:
SALINA :
Glass superstructure not including any support brackets for the front glass; opening glass without pistons from top to
down position. Not multiplexable
SALINA PLUS :
The superstructure not including any support brackets to for the front glass; opening glass without pistons from top
to down position. Not multiplexable
SALINA LUX :
The superstructure including support brackets for the front glass; opening glass by pistons from down to the top
position. Multiplexable
KIBUK:
Glass superstructure not including any support brackets for the front glass; opening glass without pistons from top to
down position. Not multiplexable
Standard models are supplied included with:

built-in refrigeration unit (R507) or designed for remote condensing unit
•
electronic controller and main switch
•
top lighting
•
standard voltage 230V - 1P - 50Hz
The insulation of the basin is free of CFC in order to guarantee a low environmental impact.
