8 WARRANTY
Warranty duration

The warranty duration is set at two years for motors not including wear parts (foam brushes,
Quadri Jets sistema (patentado)
filters, rack mechanism and belt) as from the date of invoicing to the first purchaser / user
only.
Warranty coverage
The manufacturer will repair or replace with a new part or one in perfect operating
condition any part (not including wear parts*) recognised to be defective.
Transport costs will be the user's responsibility, while labour costs remain the manufacturer's
responsibility.
Immobilisation and privation of enjoyment of an appliance being repaired shall not lead to
any compensation.
Conditions
Any damage, defect or incorrect operation relating to the intervention of any person other
than a repairer certified by ourselves shall lead to cancellation of the warranty as of right.
The warranty shall also be made null and void by use that does not comply with the
instructions provided by the user's manual accompanying the appliance on purchase.
The appliance always travels at the user's risk.
Our responsibility may not be invoked in this respect.
The following are excluded from the warranty:
• Wear parts: filter bags.
• Electrical damage caused by lightning or incorrect electrical connection.
• Breakage due to impact.
• Damages caused by water inmersion of the control box, the power cable plug and
the robot cable plug.
This pool cleaning robot is marked CE in accordance with directive: 98/37/CE.
The product has been tested in normal conditions for use.
