DISMANTLING AND DEMOLITION
When the electric pump or part of it, packing and damaged equipments are dismantled, the operator must work through the dismantling
and destruction phases in strict compliance with the local laws and regulations governing disposal.

WARRANTY
The warranty in this document refers only to assembled products supplied by Meccanica Industriale S.r.l. and does not refer to the
single components.

ENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Meccanica Industriale S.r.l. guarantees partial and/or total repair and/or free replacement of manufacturing defects established;
The period of warranty for products is preventively fixed at 2 years and starts from the date of product purchasing. The date of purchase
is intended as that shown on the fiscal purchase document, unless differently specified by Meccanica Industriale S.r.l.

XTENT OF WARRANTY
The warranty lapses if the products have been contaminated, manipulated with negligence, installed incorrectly, tampered with or
poorly adjusted, used improperly or used for incorrect application. Meccanica Industriale S.r.l. reserves the final decision on the cause
of the defect and on the total or partial acceptance of the warranty.
The warranty lapses:
if products has been repaired by people not authorised by Meccanica Industriale S.r.l., as well as parts presenting normal wear and
tear.
All damages deriving from different use to what is shown in the manual instruction and maintenance use of the products, and there-
fore:

Misuse, including the failure to use this product (ex.: turning on an empty pump).

If the damage has been caused by wrong electric or hydraulic connections and by absent or inadequate protection.

Faults in the electrical system (ex.: earthing not in conformity).

Use in direct contact with abrasive and/or corrosive liquids.

Non-observance of instructions and warnings.

Incorrect installation and maintenance.

Transport.
-
Any other circumstance that cannot be traced back to manufacturing defects.
The warranty lapsed also in case of removal or alteration of labels identification of the products or its components.
In no case the warranty shall cover material and physical damage caused directly and/or indirectly, to third parties nor it gives the
right to requests for any kind of compensation.
